2. The applicant shall have the new property line monumented and staked prior <br />to the filing of the subdivision and consolidation with the County. <br />3. The house located at 1225 Amble Road shall be demolished prior to the � ling <br />of the subdivision and consolidation with the County. <br />4. A demolition permit shall be obtained by the property owner prior to the <br />demolition of the house at 1225 Amble Road. <br />5. The City shall file the minor subdivision and consolidation with the Ramsey <br />County recorder, along with the Resolution approving the vacation of certain <br />drainage and utility easements. The applicant shall reimburse the City for the <br />cost of filing these documents. <br />Chair Larson opened the floor to Commission questions. <br />Commissioner Zimmerman asked what the tax consequences would be of <br />eliminating a taxable parcel. <br />City Planner Beekman stated the two new lots created would be larger and would <br />then be taxed higher but she did not have the information if this would off set the <br />loss of one taxable unit. <br />Commissioner Reiff moved, seconded by Commissioner Thompson to <br />recommend approval of Plannin� Case 10-002, for a Minor Subdivision and <br />Lot Consolidation at 1225 Amble Road, based on the �ndin�s of f�ct and the <br />submitted plans, subject to the conditions in the February 3, 2010, Report to <br />the Plannin� Commission. The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />
