Both the plan and <br />the zoning district introduce a vanety of <br />housing types, thus achieving mor.e bal- <br />anced t� affic flows through the corridor. <br />Three building height zones concentrate <br />the tal�est buildings close to the freeway <br />and step dow�n to a neighborhood scale <br />at t11e edges.
