Desi�1 and Development Guidelilles offer <br />botll specific desi�n solutions for a site as well as a�palette or kit of �pal�ts wllich future <br />designers anc� developers can use to successfitlly implement a Plan. Design Guidelines <br />can be d.rafted �far site planning or for arch�itectural design. <br />Zonitzg and Form-Bcr.sed Cades <br />Place-making and a high-qua.lity built environrnent are dependent on how new and <br />infill development is dlrected by local zoning codes. The Urban Desi�,rn Studio provides <br />the technica.l expertise far ��vriting and updating zoning codes and, in particular, the <br />design and application of form-based codes. <br />
