The �ntersectron o� CR F and Hamline Avenue will eontinue to operate at an unacceptable LOS F during the p.m. peak hour, v�ithout any short-term improvements reeo�nrnended. The average and 95th percentile queu�s at �his �ocation wil� increase to approxirnately 225 feet and 4�5 feet, respective�y.
