The �ntersectron o� CR F and Hamline Avenue will eontinue to operate at an <br />unacceptable LOS F during the p.m. peak hour, v�ithout any short-term improvements <br />reeo�nrnended. The average and 95th percentile queu�s at �his �ocation wil� increase to <br />approxirnately 225 feet and 4�5 feet, respective�y.
