It is our goal to be good neighbors and work with you on <br />issues that may arise. We also look forward to praviding hausing opportunities for your <br />employees. <br />We wanted to fo�4ow up on the canversation we had an t�e faur requested conditions <br />yau outlined in your letters of January 14, 201� to the City of Arden Hills: <br />1. �encing. ff made as a condition by the City Council, we will agree to fence a <br />portion of our east property line. Alternatively, at the option of Land O' Lakes, <br />we vrrould fence the cooiing tower just west of the Land n'Lakes building. <br />Fencing locatron, type and materials to be agreed to by the parties. <br />2. Sound Proofing Measures. We agree to add sound mitigating measures more <br />specifically, increasing the STC rating on the windows and patio doors from 28 to <br />32. <br />3. Resident Notices. Attached is a proposed addendum we would incorporate in�o <br />all residential leases. Piease review as we are open to comments/suggestions. <br />Vou also expressed a concern at our meeting about our residents raising issues <br />with expansion plans you may have. Qur residents are renters and have the <br />opportunity to move at the end of their lease if they have issues with your <br />businesses. This is significantly different than homeowners that da not have that <br />mobility.
