4. TrafficStudy. The conclusion of the traffic study ordered bythe City was that the <br />projected volumes from Arden Village would not be great enough to warrant any <br />changes. We support fixing the existing traffic cancerns as plans develop with <br />the County and N1ND�T. <br />As we discussed at our meeting, it would be our goal to maintain good communications <br />with you. tNe would have a pre-construction meeting and introduce you to our <br />constructian personnel so you can cantact them if issues arise. Once we are up and <br />operating, we would introduce you to our Property Manager and On-Site Caretakers so <br />you ha�e a point of contact. <br />Thank you aga�n for taking the time to meet with us.
