LEASE ADDENDUM FOR <br />NEIGHBORHOOD ACI�:NOWLEDGMENT <br />Welcome to our Arden Village community! <br />We are sure one of the reasons you chose Arden Village for your home <br />was our convenient location near major employers, shopping, transit, parks and <br />access to major roadways. If you haven't already, please visit the City of Arden <br />Hills website (www.ci.arden-hills.mn.us) to find out more great things offered in <br />our community. <br />With our great location, we want to be sure you are aware of all the <br />"hustle & bustle" around Arden Village. We have implemented extra measures in <br />our building design to mitigate sounds, but you and your family should be aware <br />of noise from Highway 694 and occasionally from our neighboring businesses. <br />The entrance to our community is from County Road F which is a busy <br />road. Please be cautious as you enter and leave Arden Village and let's keep our <br />kids safe by making sure they do not play near the road. Our tot lot & recreation <br />area is a great place to gather. As part of our community, we have constructed a <br />walk/bike trail from Arden Village to �exington Avenue so you can access transit, <br />shopping & other services. <br />We have worked hard to develop a good relationship with our neighboring <br />properties most specifically Boston Scientific, Land O'Lakes & Bethel College. <br />They are operating businesses that we do not want to disturb so please discuss <br />with your family and your guests not to enter or cross their properties. Our <br />Propertv Mana�er has re�ular contact with these businesses & anv documented <br />violation bv our residents and/or their �uests will be a lease infraction.
