All building �lans shall be subject to �ire Marsha� approval prio�° to <br />issuance of building permits for the Arden V�l�age Projecta <br />3. A�l final grading, drainage, and utility pl��s shall be su��ect to <br />approval by the Public Works D�rector and City Engineer pri�r �o the <br />issuance of any building permits �or the Arden Vil�age �roject. <br />4. Ar�len Village shal� flbtain approval from the Rice Cr�ek V1latershed <br />D�strict and all other appl�cable permitt�ng agencies prior to the <br />issuance of any permits for the Arden V�llage Project. Copies of s�ch <br />perr�its s�all be prov�ded to the Ci�y prior to the �ssuance o� an�r <br />permits. <br />S. Arden Village shall �rovide the required numbe�- of ADA pa�ki�� <br />spaces. The ADA parking space lflcations shall be su�ject to Building <br />Off�cial approval. <br />6. Arden Vil�age shal� canstruct approximately 1,680 feet of bitur�invus <br />trail a�ong the south side of County �oad F, whic� Wi�l cor��e�t t�e <br />Arden Vil�ag� Project with Lexington Avenue. The trail shall be ei�ht <br />feet in width with a four foot boulevard. The width of the trail ar�d/or° <br />bou�evard may be reduced in areas for topographic, wetland and <br />utility conflict reasons, subject �o the appro�al of the C�ty Engineer <br />and Rarnsey County, Wi�th tl�is installatiar� co�st�uctior� of the tr�i�, <br />�r�en V�llage vvil� not rec�uired to p��r a Park I�edication fee to �ity. <br />4 <br />
