ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—March 8, 2010 13 <br /> 6.A. Planning Case #09-021 Arden Village, LLC (Jamie Thelen) 1296 County Road F — <br /> Conditional Use Permit Amendment, Rezoning, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment, <br /> Preliminary and Final Plat, and Master and Final Planned Unit Development (continued) <br /> MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a motion to <br /> Add Recommendation 21 — the amount of stone as determined by Staff to <br /> equal the amount on the building in Maple Grove. <br /> Community Development Director Lehnhoff with the final development agreement Staff will <br /> insert the percentage using this language. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion <br /> to amend Recommendation 21 to increase the amount of stone to be equal to <br /> the amount on the facility in Maple Grove plus 10%. The motion failed <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Holden, Grant <br /> Nays: Mayor Harpstead, Councilmembers Holmes, McClung The motion to Add Recommendation 21 was called to a vote. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0) <br /> The Primary Motion as Amended by the Addition of Recommendations 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 <br /> was called to a vote. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Ayes: Mayor Harpstead, Councilmembers Holmes, Grant, McClung <br /> Nays: Councilmember Holden <br /> MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a motion to <br /> Approve Planning Case 09-021 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment at <br /> 1296 County Road F Based on the Findings of Fact in the March 8, 2010, <br /> Planning Case Report. The motion carried (4-1). <br /> Ayes: Mayor Harpstead, Councilmembers Holmes, Grant, McClung <br /> Nays: Councilmember Holden <br /> 7. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Mn/DOT I-694 Project Update <br /> Mr. Mark Lindeberg, North Area Engineer with Mn/DOT, reviewed the project goals for the I- <br /> 694 project. These include improve safety, lane continuity, future expansion, eliminate mainline <br /> weaves, and driver expectancy. He discussed the criteria that were used to narrow down the <br /> alternatives to one. This criteria was based on input received from the public at the open house. <br />
