<br />Subd. � 16 Motor�zed vehicle �eas�ng and renta�s. A business that �eases or rents
<br />motorized ve�icles to the general public. �r�cludes m�nor servi�es ar�d �vashing as an
<br />accessor}� use. Not n�ore t�an eight t$) rer�ta� or lease ve��cles on site at one t�r�e.
<br />Subd. 117 Motorized vehicle service. A business that provides �epair or mai��enance
<br />services �or motorized ve�icles i�c�ud�ng ��gine repair, replacernen� or pa�s and eng�ne
<br />ser�ice, bu� does not �nciude bod}� work, painting, factory asse�nbly of vehic�es or vehic�e
<br />wreeking yards.
<br />Subd.118 �i�ltiple occupancy b��id�ng. A building contain�ng tWo or mo�e
<br />indep��dent businesses with or withou� separate exterior entr�.nces and for vvhich
<br />s�gnage, �arking and site requirements are unifed in a car�sistent visual and functio�a�
<br />manner.
<br />Subd. 11� Na��ve Vegetatian. "Native Vegetation" - Plant species indigeno�s to
<br />Minnesota, or �hat expand their range into M�nnesota without beir�g intentiona��y or
<br />unir�tentianally introduced by human acti�ity, and a�-e class�f ed as nat�ve in t�e
<br />Minnesota Plant Database (Minnesota D1�R; 2002 or as amended}. Native �iegetatio�

<br />Subd. 120 I�Ionconforrning bui�ding. A bu��ding lawfully existing as of the e#�f�ctive date
<br />of the adopt�on of this Code, or ame�dr�ent hereto, which under the provisio�s o� this
<br />�ode could nat �e buiit because of restrictions on �eight, setbacks, yards, lot co�erage,
<br />floar area ratio, or other cha�ac�eristics of �he bui�ding or i�s �ocation on the lot where �t
<br />exists.
<br />Subd, 121 �loneonfo�n�ng use. A bui�c�ing, structure or use a�a bui�ding, structure ar
<br />parce� of �and, or a port�on thereof, lawfui�y existi�g as of the effective �ate of the
<br />adoption of �h�s Code o�- a�nendm��t hereto, as a rr�a�ter af right or �y p�rrr��t, �hich is
<br />no� permitted in the zoning distr�ct �n wl�ic� it is located.
<br />Subd. 122 �Iursery. Any land used to raise trees, shrubs, flowers, and other live plan#s
<br />for sa�e and commerce.
<br />Subd. 123 4bstru�t�on. Any da�n, wall, wharf, embankr�ent, levee, d�ke, pi��, abutr�ent,
<br />projection, excavation, char�nel, �odif cation, culvert, �uilding, wire, fence, stockpile,
<br />refuse, �1�, structure, or ma�ter in, a�ong, ac�-oss, or projee�i�g in�o ar�y channe�,
<br />vvaterco�rse, or regulatory �lood plain w�ich may impede, retar�, o� change t�e c��rection
