Ordi�a�ce 2010-408 carry on occupations and where goo�s are not stored, produced, sold at retail ar �epaired, including but �ot li�nitec� to the follov�ing: finar�cial i�stit�tions, executive and administrati�e off ces, bus�ness off ces such as ir�surance, real esta�e, sa�es a�d sirn��ar offices, professiona� off c�s suc� as offices af ��g�neers, surveyors, architects, accountants, a�torneys and book�eepers �nd sirr�ilar off ces, but excluding medical clinics. Subd. 125 4ff-s�reet parking areas. Structures or areas of graund used �or the storage or park�ng of motor v�hicles. Subd. 12� Open sales �ot. Any �and used or occupiecl for t�e pu�-pose of b�ying an� seil�ng any goods, materia�s, or merchan�ise, and for the stori�g of sarne under the open sky prior to sale. Subd. 127 apen space.
