The Flood Insurance �Zat� N�ap panels ada�ted by refere�c� ir�to Sectio� <br />1335.07 above �nay inc�ude floodplain areas that lie ou�side of t�e carpo�ate bo�nda�ies of the <br />�ity of Arden Hil�s at �he ti�ne of ado�#ior� �f th�s Ordinance. I� any of �hese f�oodplain land <br />areas are annexed into t�e Ci�y of Arden Hills after t�e daze of adoption of th�s Ordinance, the <br />�ewi}� annexed �Ioodplai� �ands shall be subjec� to t�e provisions of this Ord�na�ce �rnmed�ately <br />u�on t�e da�e o� annexation into t�e City of Arden H��ls. <br />1335.23 Esta�lishrnent of Zoning Districts_ <br />Subd. 1 F�oodwa}� District. The floodway District shal� include those areas designated <br />as floodway on t�e Flooci Ir�surar�ce IZate N�ap adopted �r� �his Sectian_ For la�es, <br />we�lands and other basins, the �loodway D�strict shall include those �reas desig�.ated as <br />Zone �1E (that do not have a floodway designa�ed} and Zane � on the �lood Insurance <br />Rate Map pane�s adopted in th�s Section that are below the a�dinary high water level as <br />defined in Minnesota Statutes, Sect�on ��3G.005, subdivisi�� 14. <br />Subd. 2 Flood Fringe Dis�r�c�. The Flood Fringe Distr�c� shal� inciude �hose areas <br />designated as �oodway f�inge, which shall include the areas shown o� the Flood <br />Insuranee Rate Map, adopted in this Section, as being v�ithin Zone AE �ut being �ocated <br />outside of the flooduTa�.
