Building#3 was proposed to be an approximate -- <br /> 4700 square foot retail or restaurant building attached to the south side of the pharmacy <br /> building. <br /> In addition, the economy has significantly delayed the decisions by pharmacies to <br /> construct new stores. Consequently, we are also asking for some deadline extensions in <br /> the Arden Plaza PUD. <br /> 1 <br />
