Specifically, we request the following modifications to the conditions set forth in your - <br /> letter to Arden Plaza, LLC dated July 29, 2009 which specifies the various conditions of <br /> the PUD approval: <br /> Condition 1: We request that the plans be amended to reflect that Building #3 is no longer <br /> required in Phase I or any subsequent Phases. Building#3 is optional to the owner of Lot <br /> 3. Instead of constructing Building#3 as part of Phase I, the plans would be amended to <br /> require in Phase I the construction of a landscaped gathering place on Lot 3 and the <br /> construction of the south end of the pharmacy building in accordance with the plans <br /> submitted with this Application consisting of three sheets dated March 29, 2010. <br /> Condition 2: We request an extension from June 1, 2010 to June 1, 2011. <br /> Condition 3: We request an extension from June 1, 2012 to June 1, 2013. <br /> Condition 4: We request an extension from June 1, 2013 to June 1, 2014. <br /> Condition 6: We request an extension to June 1, 2011. <br /> Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
