ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL-July 13, 2009 33 <br /> Councilmember Holden stated that the stop sign should be taken down at this <br /> time. <br /> Mayor Harpstead directed Staff to take the stop sign down at this time and bring a <br /> policy and process back to the Council. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked if the maintenance facility contract had been <br /> located. <br /> Public Works Director Hoag stated that he had contacted Ramsey County and <br /> they had a copy on file. He stated that he had also been able to locate a copy at City <br /> Hall. He is currently in the process of reviewing the agreement and will bring a <br /> report to the City Council. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked where the sewer lining was taking place at this <br /> time. <br /> Public Works Director Hoag stated that it was a general project with three defined <br /> areas. The areas that will be affected are a segment along County Road E, a <br /> segment by the Lift Station #3, on Lake Johanna Blvd, and a segment on Fernwood <br /> Court. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked that this information be put in the newsletter for <br /> residents. She asked when the manhole project would be going out for bid. <br /> Public Works Director Hoag stated that this would be one of the next projects that <br /> the department works on. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated that RRLD has not been reimbursing the City for <br /> some time. She asked when the last reimbursement had taken place. <br /> City Administrator Moorse stated that he was not sure at this time. <br /> Finance Director Iverson stated that the City had been reimbursed in <br /> October/November but the City did not send out another bill until March because <br /> she was directed not to send out another bill until outstanding charges that were <br /> being disputed had been resolved. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked where the City was with resolving this issue. <br /> City Administrator Moorse stated that he and Steve Bubul, (the City's attorney <br /> for TCAAP from Kennedy and Graven), had met with RRLD and they are working <br /> to get things resolved as quickly as possible.
