The Coneept Plan is a separate a�p�ication �rar� the Pt1D 1V�aster Plan <br />app��catio�. An app�ica�ion for a Pt�D Master Plan shall be cans�dered �ncomplete <br />until the cancept p�an review �s comp�e�ed. <br />A. Purpose. A PUD Conc�p� Plan Review Is an inforrnal dlscussion <br />proeess t�at allaws the appl�cant to present pre��m��ary �deas about a <br />con�emp�ated deve�op�nent projeet for �he N�R and MB I?ts�r�ets, and, in <br />t�rn, the C�ty may offer s�ggestions and conce�ns regard�ng the ca�cept. <br />B. App�ieat�on, Doc�mentat�Qn, and Adm�nistrativ� Proced�re. �'he <br />appl�can� shall com�iete and submlt �a the zo�ing administratQr an <br />app��cation on �o�-ms prav�ded �y the admin�strator, together �vi�h the <br />requ�red fee and escrow. <br />C. C�ty Procedure. �'he City v�i�l prepare a summary of �he proposed <br />�oncept Plan �n ter�s Qf Ci�y �lans and �egu�ations and transr�i� this <br />information and the �nforrnat�an s�bmitted by the appl�cant to the Planning <br />COIY1i�lISSIOI� and C�ty Counc�� to assist t�e1r reWiew of �he proposal. <br />Applicants are encauraged to ha�e inforrnal eonsultations w�th C��y S��ff <br />priar to the filln� of an applicat�an for �oncept P�a� Review, provic�ed no <br />statement or representation r�ade by said sta�f s�al� be bindin� upan the <br />City ofArden �-�i�ls. <br />D.
