A� <br />appllcant rnay request a madi�ea�ian o� tl�e rn�x�mu�n al�o�ed number of <br />park�ng spaces by submi�t�ng a s�udy of an�ic�pated parkix�g demand. <br />Park�n� stud�es shali be prepared by a profess�onai e�g�nee�- w�t� expertise <br />in traf'fic and parking analysis. Shared parking shall be requ�red where <br />feas�b�e. Parki�g structures are encouraged to reduce surface park�ng lots, <br />�ncrease I�ndse�ping, and use the land �nore effcie�tly. <br />I. Br�dges. Any �ridges on �he site or reconst�ucted ta accommodate <br />deve�opment on �he s�te sha�l provide bieycle and pedestr�an pathways. <br />The br�dges shal� include design e�e�nen�s �hat are compatible w�th the <br />develapment. The des�gn and construct�on of ar�y bridge over Rice Creek <br />shal� be eao��dina�ed w�th Rar�sey County and respec�ful ta �he adjacent <br />apen space. <br />J.
