Shared parking shall be requ�red where <br />feas�b�e. Parki�g structures are encouraged to reduce surface park�ng lots, <br />�ncrease I�ndse�ping, and use the land �nore effcie�tly. <br />I. Any �ridges on �he site or reconst�ucted ta accommodate <br />deve�opment on �he s�te sha�l provide bieycle and pedestr�an pathways. <br />The br�dges shal� include design e�e�nen�s �hat are compatible w�th the <br />develapment.
