Proclaim August 3,2010, as "Night to Unite" <br /> City Administrator Patrick Klaers stated the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association along <br /> with AAA of Minnesota/Iowa is sponsoring a nationwide crime prevention program with <br /> Tuesday, August 3, 2010, as "Night to Unite". <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Night to Unite 2010 Proclamation declaring Tuesday, <br /> August 3, 2010, as "Night to Unite" in Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota.
