18. The applicant shall provide for park dedication in accordance with Section 1130.08 of <br /> the City Code, subject to the approval of the City Council. The park dedication, if in <br /> the form of a fee shall be paid in full prior to the execution of the Final Plat, or the <br /> property owner shall enter into an agreement for a payment plan that is in accordance <br /> with Section 1130.08 Subd E of the City Code. <br /> 19. A minimum twenty foot wide access drive between the buildings on Lot 1 and Lot 2, <br /> subject to the approval of the Fire Marshal, shall be maintained. <br /> 20.
