It will not be feasible to add an access off of Lexington <br /> Avenue. If one were proposed a right turn lane would be required. There <br /> is not enough distance south of the railroad crossing to develop a right <br /> turn lane and remain an adequate distance from the intersection. <br /> Any construction planned for within County right of way will required a <br /> right of way permit.
