Mr. Matt Woodruff, P.E., September 3, 2010, P. 3 <br />impacted could require a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR}. The permits <br />and review agencies for each alternative will be identified and estimated costs for <br />completing the necessary applications, fees, and reviews will be provided in the <br />technical report. <br />Additional Engineering Services <br />We understand the City may require assistance with the proj ect once the initial proj ect <br />scope is completed. Any services not specifically provided for in the above scope will <br />be billed as additional services and performed at our then current hourly rates. <br />Additional services we can provide include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />• State Aid roadway design <br />� Storm water management <br />• Storm sewer design <br />• Permitting <br />• Proj ect Funding Applications (Bridge Bonds) <br />• Structural design <br />• Floodplain analysis and surveying <br />Project Team <br />The Kimley-Horn team has significant local experience in bridge evaluation and design, <br />permitting, and surveying. Primary members of the Kimley-Horn team are as follows: <br />Beth Engum, P.E., Project Manager <br />Beth Engum will serve as the project manager and primary contact throughout the <br />proj ect. She has over 10 years of experience in the design and construction of numerous <br />roadway and municipal infrastructure improvement projects for local agencies. <br />1V�att Jensen, P.E., Structural Enginee� <br />Matt Jensen has assisted municipalities in procuring bridge funding dollars from <br />Mn/DOT and designed several bridge replacement projects for local agencies. He has <br />designed new overpass structures and provided safety inspections and construction <br />phase services for numerous structures throughout the metro area. Matt will provide <br />structural inspection expertise and bridge cost estimating. Matt is certified by Mn/DOT <br />for bridge safety inspection and has inspected over 160 bridges in the metro area. <br />Beth Kunkel, PWS, Enviro,nmental�'�Yetland Specialist <br />Beth Kunkel has 23 years of hands-on environmental documentation, wetland <br />delineation, analysis, and permitting experience in the metro area. Beth has built an <br />excellent reputation with local agencies including the Rice Creek Watershed District, <br />Army Corps of Engineers, and DNR, and has recently completed the CLOMR process <br />for Arden Hills on a different project. She knows the regulatory staff involved and <br />what it takes to obtain their approval for this type of proj ect. <br />
