Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 10 -009 for a Zoning <br />Code Amendment and Master and Final PUD at 1201 County Road E based on the following <br />findings: findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those <br />reasons cannot be mitigated. <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 10 009 for a Zoning Code Amendment and Master and <br />Final PUD at 1201 County Road E: a specific reason and information request should be <br />included with a motion to table. <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on August 23, 2010. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City has provided the petitioner with a written notice <br />that the review deadline has been extended to 120 days; December 20, 2010.
