There are currently 530 caliper inches of trees on site. No trees are proposed <br />to be removed at this time. <br />Trees along Street Frontage Meets Requirements <br />City Code requires that a minimum of one tree be planted along the right of way for <br />every 40 feet of street frontage. A condition has been added that would require this <br />regulation to be met. <br />Perennials and Shrubberies Flexibility Requested <br />City Code requires that at least ten percent of the total landscaped area shall be covered <br />with perennials and /or shrubbery. Code requires 7,300 square feet of perennials and <br />shrubbery.
