ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL August 30, 2010 11 <br />8.A. Resolution 2010 -039: Adopting Proposed Special Assessment Roll for the 2010 Pavement <br />Management Program (continued) <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion to <br />Accept the Request of Mr. Mrs. Christiansen to Postpone the Payment of <br />the Proposed Special Assessment for Parcel ID No. 333023320029 Pursuant to <br />the Terms of the Agreement Between Mr. Mrs. Christiansen and the City of <br />Arden Hills "Agreement with the Following Changes: Paragraph 4, the <br />Term is 30 years, the Assessment will be Forgiven After 30 Years if the <br />Property is Not Divided or Developed Within 30 Years, and the Property is to <br />be Combined Into One Parcel within 180 days of the Agreement; and to <br />Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Agreement. <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the agreement would be null and void if the property was not <br />combined within the 180 days. <br />City Attorney Filla stated a supplemental assessment roll could be adopted after 180 days. <br />The motion was called to a vote. <br />The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br />Deny the Written Objection of John and Karen Albert Relating to Parcel ID <br />No. 213023440012, 4090 Valentine Crest Road, for the Following Reasons: <br />The Project was Constructed Pursuant to Approved Plans and Specifications, <br />The Parcel Will Receive a Special Benefit Equal to the Proposed Special <br />Assessment, and the Parcel is Specially Assessed Pursuant to the City's <br />Special Assessment Policy. The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br />Deny the Written Objection of Ms. Shirley Ferguson Relating to Parcel ID No. <br />2130234400010, 4082 Valentine Crest Road, for the Following Reasons: The <br />Project was Constructed Pursuant to Approved Plans and Specifications, The <br />Parcel Will Receive a Special Benefit Equal to the Proposed Special <br />Assessment, and the Parcel is Specially Assessed Pursuant to the City's <br />Special Assessment Policy.
