ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL August 30, 2010 11 8.A. Resolution 2010 -039: Adopting Proposed Special Assessment Roll for the 2010 Pavement Management Program (continued) MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion to Accept the Request of Mr. Mrs. Christiansen to Postpone the Payment of the Proposed Special Assessment for Parcel ID No. 333023320029 Pursuant to the Terms of the Agreement Between Mr. Mrs. Christiansen and the City of Arden Hills "Agreement with the Following Changes: Paragraph 4, the Term is 30 years, the Assessment will be Forgiven After 30 Years if the Property is Not Divided or Developed Within 30 Years, and the Property is to be Combined Into One Parcel within 180 days of the Agreement; and to Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Agreement. Councilmember Holden asked if the agreement would be null and void if the property was not combined within the 180 days. City Attorney Filla stated a supplemental assessment roll could be adopted after 180 days. The motion was called to a vote. The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to Deny the Written Objection of John and Karen Albert Relating to Parcel ID No. 213023440012, 4090 Valentine Crest Road, for the Following Reasons: The Project was Constructed Pursuant to Approved Plans and Specifications, The Parcel Will Receive a Special Benefit Equal to the Proposed Special Assessment, and the Parcel is Specially Assessed Pursuant to the City's Special Assessment Policy. The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to Deny the Written Objection of Ms. Shirley Ferguson Relating to Parcel ID No. 2130234400010, 4082 Valentine Crest Road, for the Following Reasons: The Project was Constructed Pursuant to Approved Plans and Specifications, The Parcel Will Receive a Special Benefit Equal to the Proposed Special Assessment, and the Parcel is Specially Assessed Pursuant to the City's Special Assessment Policy. The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion to Deny the Written Objection of Bradley and Lisa Madison Relating to Parcel ID No. 213023440011, 4086 Valentine Crest Road, for the Following Reasons: The project was Constructed Pursuant to Approved Plans and Specifications, The Parcel Will Receive a Special Benefit Equal to the Proposed Special Assessment, and the Parcel is Specially Assessed Pursuant to the City's Special Assessment Policy.
