ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL August 30, 2010 15 <br />9. Council Comments and Requests (continued) <br />regarding the proposed locations for the library. They will make a recommendation after that <br />time. <br />Councilmember Holden stated the Council should be informed when there are neighborhood <br />meetings so they can attend. <br />City Administrator Klaers stated he had just received these dates and would forward them to the <br />Council. <br />Councilmember Grant questioned if three or more Council members attended a meeting would <br />be in violation of the open meeting policy or if such meetings would need to be posted. <br />City Attorney Filla stated there would be no violation of the open meeting policy because the <br />Councilmember was not there to conduct a meeting but rather as a member of the neighborhood to <br />provide input. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a motion to <br />adiourn.
