The applicant shall work with adjacent property owners along Shorewood Drive to <br />determine exact location and species of landscaping materials to be planted along the <br />east property line. <br />11. It is the policy of Presbyterian Homes to allow public use of the trail systems which <br />are developed on its properties; so long as the public does not abuse the privilege. The <br />Trail Use Policy will be applied to the trail system shown on the site plan. <br />Presbyterian Homes will notify the City thirty (30) days in advance of a change to its <br />Trail Use Policy and of the reasons for the change. <br />Proposed Motion Language <br />1.
