Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 10 -012 for a Conditional Use Permit <br />Amendment and Master and Final PUD, for the Presbyterian Homes redevelopment <br />proposal based on the following reasons... <br />3. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 10 021: a specific reason and/or information request <br />should be included with a motion to table. <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 7, <br />2010. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City has extended its review deadline by an <br />additional 60 days, beyond the initial 60 day review. The City must act on this request by <br />January 4, 2011 (120 days). The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review <br />period beyond the initial 120 days. <br />Resident Comments <br />Notice was published in the Shoreview -Arden Hills Bulletin and mailed to properties within 350 <br />feet of the property. Additionally, several community meetings have been held by Presbyterian <br />Homes. Staff has had numerous calls and email questions regarding this proposal; however, no <br />written comments have been received since the previous Planning Commission meeting. Please <br />refer to the October 6, 2010, packet for two resident letters, one of which was signed by 21 <br />residents who live on Shorewood Drive. <br />Attachments <br />A.
