Curb and gutter shall be installed with the removal of the angled parking along County Road <br />D. The City of Roseville is interested in participating in the complete reconstruction of <br />County D from Fairview to Wheeler. <br />Additional comments based on revised submittal: <br />11. Any services not being used for the redevelopment shall be removed and disconnected at the <br />main. Any pipe that remains in place shall be abandoned according to City specifications. <br />12. During demolition and construction, every effort shall be made to utilize County Road D, <br />Lake Johanna Boulevard and the old driveway entrance to remove materials from the site to <br />avoid the use of Sandeen Road. Presbyterian Homes shall be responsible for damages to <br />Sandeen Road as a result of construction. <br />13. During construction, signage shall be installed to prohibit right turns onto Sandeen Road. <br />Upon completion of construction, the permanent design to restrict right hand turns shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Public Works Department. <br />14. The grinder pump currently in place in the lift station shall be relocated to a point in the <br />sanitary sewer service line upstream of the City's infrastructure. Maintenance shall become <br />the responsibility of Presbyterian Homes. <br />15. It appears that the storm sewer proposed to be constructed under the building may be difficult <br />to construct and maintain. What alternatives were evaluated prior to selecting this design? <br />16. Provide information to confirm that the configuration of the proposed water main (two dead <br />end 6 -inch lines) will provide adequate flow in the event of an emergency (fire). <br />17. Please provide updated drainage calculations, as well as a copy of the permit application <br />submitted to Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />18. Information regarding traffic circulation and trip generation has not yet been submitted. This <br />information has been requested by both the City of Arden Hills and the City of Roseville <br />Public Works Departments for review. <br />
