Discussion ensued regarding the TCAAP property and <br />potential buyers. <br />Council Liaison Grant indicated that in regards to the 694/T.H. 51 project, municipal <br />consent was denied with 12 conditions the City would like Mn/DOT to address. He feels <br />it would be wise for Mn/DOT to put a shoulder on the bridge so that at some point in the <br />future they could have some kind of pedestrian movement. <br />Committee Member Straumann indicated that Ramsey County suggested Mn/DOT do a <br />study on overpasses and underpasses from 35E to 35W. <br />Committee Member Petersen requested the City take a look at putting a street light in the <br />cul du sac at Dawn Circle because it is very dark. Ms. Olson stated she would bring this <br />to the Public Works Director to look at. <br />6. NEXT MEETING <br />A. The next meeting is scheduled for November 16, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. <br />7.
