ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL October 11, 2010 4 <br />2.B. Staff Update (continued) <br />Public Works Director Maurer stated the scoping document may not have the kind of detail that <br />outlines specifics about pedestrian facilities. This type of detail would be determined later in the <br />project. <br />City Administrator Klaers stated Staff has been working with the cable TV staff on fixing the <br />audio problems in the Council Chambers. At this time Staff believes the problems have been <br />addressed and there should be no additional issues. The problem on October 6 was due to the <br />movement of the podium and this problem has also been resolved. <br />PUBLIC <br />Mayor Harpstead opened the Public Inquiries /Informational at 7:21 p.m. <br />Mr. Steve Gjerdingen, 2553 Fisk St. Roseville, suggested the Council consider having two <br />pedestrian crossings on the County Road E Bridge. <br />Mayor Harpstead closed the Public Inquiries /Informational at 7:23 p.m. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. September 13, 2010 City Council Worksession Meeting <br />B. September 13, 2010 Regular City Council Meeting <br />Mayor Harpstead stated on page 13, the third paragraph, the third line, after the word "and" <br />insert "the current building <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a motion to <br />approve the September 13, 2010, City Council Worksession Meeting minutes <br />as presented and the September 13 2010, Regular City Council Meeting <br />minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />B. Approve 2010 Pavement Management Program Payment #4 <br />C. Approve Elmer L. Anderson Memorial Trail Connections Payment #6 <br />D. Approve Sanitary Sewer Lining Payment #1 <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion <br />to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize execution of <br />all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5 -0). <br />
