Motion to approve the Development Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and <br />Presbyterian Homes outlining the conditions of approval for Planning Case 10 -012. <br />A Planned Unit Development approval requires a 4/5 majority vote, all other requests require a <br />3/5 majority vote. <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 7, <br />2010. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City has extended its review deadline by an <br />additional 60 days, beyond the initial 60 day review. The City must act on this request by <br />January 4, 2011 (120 days). The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review <br />period beyond the initial 120 days. <br />Attachments <br />A.
