a
Curve to cut through to Lydia Avenue. Also, we would like to know how the additional traffic will impact
the Lydia /Wheeler and Lydia /Shorewood intersections.
In addition, it is our understanding that the parking lot on the north side of County Road D is currently
being used by Cox Insurance. This parking is being eliminated as a part of the redevelopment. We
would like to understand how this parking will be accommodated in the future.
Lastly, the Roseville neighborhood is disappointed that they have not been included in neighborhood
meetings that have been held regarding this proposed expansion. We would like your help in facilitating
communication between Presbyterian Homes, the City of Arden Hills, and the Roseville residents
regarding the expansion plan. We would ask that any future mailings and notices include Roseville
residents specifically the property owners south of County Road D, east of Fairview, north of Lydia and
west of Northwestern College.
While we appreciate the significant reinvestment by Presbyterian Homes into this project and the
economic impact that it will have for Arden Hills, we are hopeful that you will likewise recognize the
significant traffic impact that the project will have on its residential neighbors, and that you will
seriously consider altering the current plans to safeguard their quiet, tranquil neighborhood.
Sincerely,
William J.
