Meagan Beekman
From: holdenbj24 @aol.com
Sent: Tuesday, November 23, 2010 12:00 PM
To: Meagan Beekman
Subject: Fwd: Pres Homes design
Original Message
From: Mary Lou Lundberg <Iundberg1 @comcast.net>
To: sjharpsteadcomcast.net; david .grant hills.mn.us; holdenbj24 FranH116
davemcclung@comcast.net
Sent: Mon, Nov 15, 2010 9:10 pm
Subject: Pres Homes design
Council,
As a Roseville resident living on Wheeler street, I just want to encourage you with your vote on November 29 to pass the
site plan with the limit to emergency vehicle only and Brownstone parking at the south entrance onto County Rd D and
Wheeler. A gate inside their development with fire access would be a way to limit the traffic from the entire complex
being able to feed right on to Wheeler.
As our neighborhood is experiencing increased traffic from all of Northwestern College entrances being in Roseville, it
feels double whammy getting potential 50% of the traffic coming into and out of the planned new expansion in Arden
Hills using our residential street to avoid the increased congestion on Fairview. Even with a concession to have the
south exit right turn only, we still have all traffic coming from major shopping, dining, entertainment and bussing finding
the shortest route home on our residential street.
Thank you for your time and consideration from your neighbors to the south.
Mary Lou and Tom Lundberg
