Fox <br />November 19, 2010 <br />Arden:.H111Si M and Council •City <br />12415 West Highway <br />Arden Hills; MN :55112 <br />Dear Mayor and City Council Members: <br />On August 26, 2010, Presbyterian Homes met with the homeowners on Shorewood Drive to discuss the <br />proposed redevelopment of the PHS Campus on Lake Johanna. Pamela Betz and John Merkins were in <br />attendance for PHS. Present from Shorewood Drive were, Joe Bungert, Karla Bungert, Frederick Fox, <br />Michele Lacy, and David Natale. <br />That plan included an access road off Shorewood Drive. When asked, we were told, more than once, <br />that they did not anticipate the access road would get much use. It was not intended for employees, nor <br />residents. Rather it was required for emergency vehicles by Arden Hills. We were told employees would <br />be asked to use the Lake Johanna Blvd access. <br />We understand the revised redevelopment plan moved the Shorewood .Drive access to the corner of <br />County D.and Wheeler.
