The accessory or conditional accessory use of a <br />residential structure for any gainful occupation or profession. <br />Subd. 86Hospital. An institution licensed by the state department of health, <br />providing primary health services and medical or surgical care, to sick or injured persons, <br />primarily inpatients. Any building, or group of buildings, having five (5) or <br />more guest rooms intended or designed to be rented or hired out to be occupied, or which <br />are occupied for sleeping purposes by transient guests.
