NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. 2011 Pavement Management Program—Feasibility Study <br /> Civil Engineer Kristine Giga stated at the August 30, 2010 meeting, the City Council approved <br /> Resolution 2010-041 ordering the Feasibility Report for the 2011 Pavement Management Program <br /> (PMP) project. This project includes the following roads: Amble Road,Arden View Court,Arden <br /> View Drive, Colleen Court, Dellwood Street, Janet Court, Nursery Hill Lane, Nursery Hill Court, <br /> Wyncrest Court, Wyncrest Lane, Wynridge Drive. She outlined the project repairs including the <br /> water main repairs, sanitary sewer repairs, storm sewer and water quality improvements/ <br /> modifications as well as the estimated project costs. Staff has completed the report and presenting <br /> it to the Council as a draft. The project area has three types of properties; single-family homes, <br /> tax-exempt properties, and multi-family/townhomes. The City's Assessment policy does not <br /> address multi-family/townhome or R-3 dwellings. Additional direction is being requested <br /> regarding the assessments of the multi-family/townhouse (R-3) properties. Staff has included <br />
