STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS -- RESOLUTION NO.1'a';'6 RESOLUTION ABATING 1973 INSTALLMENTS OF ASSESSMENTS DUE ON GRAY FOX ROAD AND ON DUNLAP STREET AND AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR ABATEMENT OF 1973 TAXES DUE THEREON. WHEREAS, by roadway easement dated July 28, 1971, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", the City of Arden Hills, a municipal corporation located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, acquired the strips of land legally described therein for roadway purposes, which strips of land were subsequently improved for such purposes during the year 1971, were exclusively used for such purposes by the public prior to the year 1972, and are known as Gray Fox Road and Dunlap street, and WHEREAS, because of certain title problems inVOlving an interest of the State of Minnesota in one of these strips of land (Gray Fox Road), the City of Arden Hills subsequently acquired fee title to these two strips of land by means of Quit Claim Deeds dated respectively April 24, 1973 and May 14, 1973, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibits "B" and "C", and WHEREAS, said strips of land are identified in the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation respectively as Code Nos. 25-02700-160-78 and 25-02700-170-78, hereinafter referred to respectively as "160-78" and ",170-78", and .. WHEREAS, strip No. 160-78 is subject to assessments heretofore placed thereon by the City of Arden Hills in connection with the construction of the following improvements: Sanitary Sewer No.1 (Aud. No. 152; D.P. No. 34), Sanitary Sewer No. 3 tAud. No. 200; D.P. No. 38), and Sanitary Sewer No. 6 tAud. No. 317; D.P. No. 44), the assessment rolls for which were adopted respectively on September 9, 1960, October 12, 1961, and November I, 1963, and were certified to the Ramsey County Auditor respectively on October 26, 1960" November 17, 1961, and December 2, 1963 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing respectively in the years 1961, 1962, and 1964, and WHEREAS, strip No. 170.-78 is subject to assessments heretofore placed thereon by the City of Arden Hills in connection with the construction of the following improvements: Sanitary Sewer No.1 tAud. No. 152; D.P. No. 34) and Sanitary Sewer No, 3 tAud. No, 200; D.P. No. 38), the assessment rolls for which
