Crepeau, Jr. <br /> <br />Councilman WIn ge rt <br /> <br />then introduced the following- reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-24 <br /> <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMEN'l'S <br />RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water <br />Improvement"Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, <br />was filed and Certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey county <br />on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1971, and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br />~ assessments in respect to Consolidated Water Improvement Nos. <br />
