CM T <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Dale Hicks, Paul Malone and <br />Susan Keim. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beverly Aplikowski. <br /> <br />Also present were: City Clerk! Aclministrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry <br />Post; Public Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; and Recording Secretary, Ruth <br />McLaurin. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the February <br />13, 1995 City Council meeting as presented. The motion carried n",,"imously (4- <br />0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />January 30, 1995 <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks suggested on page six, the motion should read on the third line ..."ahmg <br />the south side ,,"c1 along approximately one-half of the distance of the west side. starting from the <br />south side. " ... <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted the last statement of page five, be stricken from the record. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst indicated on page eight, he would like to reword the third paragraph "...these past <br />months and welcomes him back to his position as City Accountant. <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Keim seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the January <br />30, 1995 regular City Council meeting as revised. The motion carried <br />n",,"imously (4-0). <br />
