<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />9- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />May 29, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn <br /> <br />and Council members Mulcahy, Christiansen, Rauenhorst, and <br /> <br />Hicks; and the following was absent: none. <br /> <br />Council member Hicks introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 84-2 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from <br /> <br />all owners of the real property in the City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />in that part of Government Lot 2, Section 34, Township 30, <br /> <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying westerly of <br /> <br />Snelling Avenue (Lametti Addition), requesting that the <br /> <br />Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, <br /> <br />bituminous street, cul-de-sacs, concrete curb and gutter, <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances at said location and requesting <br /> <br />that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against <br /> <br />their property, and <br />
