• ~ . 3TATE OF bIINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILL3 ORDINANCE NO. 72 AN CRDINANCD ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS, TERMS> AND CONDI- TIONS CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NUMBER 10726 OF TIiE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, AS AMENDED, AND ORDINANCE NUMBER 387 OF TFIE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ADOPTED MARCH 25, 1963, ALL RELATING TO THE CONNECTION BY THE VIL- LAGE OF ARDE'N HILLS TO THE PUBL3C SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, TO A CONNECTION BY ROSEVILLE TO THE ARDEN HILLS SANPPARY SEWER SYSTEM. The Council of the Village of Arden Hills dces hereby ordain as follows: SECTION L The Village of Arden Hills does here- by accept the provisiona, terms and con- ditions contained in Ordinance No. 10725 of the City of Saint Paul, as amended, and as eai$ ardinance may be amended in the future, and does further aceept and agree to abide by ali of the pro- visions, terms and conditions contained in Ordinance No. 387 of the Village of Roseville, which ordinance was approved by the Village of Roseville on March 26, 1963. SECTION 2. The Clerk is hereby suthorized and directed to file with the Clerk of the Village of Roseville a duly certifie& capy of this Ordinance in accordance , with the provisiona of Section VII of the aforesaid Ordinance of the Village of Rose-ville. $ECTION 3. ~ This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its approval and publication.
