<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />August 3, 2010 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on August 3, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br /> Commissioner Thomas Wood <br /> Commissioner Eric Larson <br />Commissioner Olaf Lee <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> Commissioner Roland Parrucci <br /> <br />Commissioner Jim Wekseth <br /> Commissioner Jesse Lange <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair person Mosher. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />New member Olaf Lee having been sworn in assumed his seat on the Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC INPUT/HEARING <br /> <br /> A public hearing was held to consider amendments to City Code Chapter 156, Section <br />156.021 and 156.030. The amendments would establish a new R-3 High Density Multi- <br />family Housing District and would insert a new section permitting certain existing <br />industrial uses as interim uses in B-1 Zones. The following persons commented on the <br />proposed changes: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> Everyone who wished to speak regarding this matter was given the opportunity to do so. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wood to close the public hearing. The motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Mosher, all present voted in favor. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />III.OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.
