STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> � RESOLUTION #10-028a <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS & AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br /> DOWNTOWN STORM WATER RECLAMATION PROJECT — PHASE I <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the above stated project: <br /> CONTRACT A— Storm Water Suuplv Line <br /> NAME OF BIDDER TOTAL BASE BID <br /> Ellingson Drainage, Inc. $124,721.65 <br /> GM Contracting, Inc. $125,545.20 <br /> Peterson Companies $128,401.47 <br /> vPit Rt C'omnany, Inc. $132,580.00 <br /> Burschville Construction, Inc. $134,389.00 <br /> Penn Contracting, Inc. $138,572.00 <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Ellingson Drainage, Inc. is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIiE <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> l. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br /> with Ellingson Drainage, Inc. in the name of the City of Centerville for the <br /> aforementioned improvement according to the plans and specifications therefore <br /> approved by the Council and on file with the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
