The Base Bid for this contract consists of installing the pipe between the pond and the wet well. The Alternate is to install an additional culvert under the trail to help prevent springtime flooding, which has been a recurring problem. � Transmitted herewith is a copy of the Bid Tabulation for your information and file. Base Bid Amount of $124,721.65. Based on the Base Bid plus Alternate No. 1, the low Bidder on the Project was GM Contracting, Inc. with a Total Base Bid plus Alternate No. 1 Amount of $137,825,32. This compares to the Engineer's Estimate of $120,000 ($135,000 with Alternate No. 1). These Bids have been reviewed and found to be in order. .
