STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION #10-028c <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS & AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br /> DOWNTOWN STORM WATER RECLAMATION PROJECT — PHASE I <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the above stated project: <br /> CONTRACT C — Irrigation Svstem <br /> NAME OF BIDDER TOTAL BASE BID <br /> Albrecht Irrigation $52,500.00 <br /> Irrigation by Design, Inc. $62,200.00 <br /> Harhnan Companies, Inc. $69,900.00 <br /> Peterson Companies, Inc. $86,337.00 <br /> Northway Irrigation, Inc. $104,721.00 <br /> �I <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Albrecht Irrigation is the lowest bidder; however, their <br /> submission was incomplete which made Irrigation by Design, Inc. the lowest responsible <br /> bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br /> with Irrigation by Design, Inc. in the name of the City of Centerville for the <br /> aforementioned improvement according to the plans and specifications therefore <br /> approved by the Council and on file with the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
