City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 24, 2010 <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS <br />Resolution 410-034 — Approvingthe he Special Assessing of Delinquent Sewer, <br />Water & Garbage Services for Property Taxes Payable in 2011 <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Fehrenbacher Approving Resolution 10-034 Approving the Special Assessment of <br />Delinquent Sewer, Water and Services for Property Taxes Payable in 2011. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />2. Resolution 410-035 — Trail Project Plan & Loan Between Funds <br />City Administrator Larson reported this is finalizing the financing of the Trail Project. <br />Amounts are from the Joint Powers Agreement with Anoka County. The resolution was <br />presented in draft format several weeks ago and awaited final numbers. The resolution <br />also incorporates the loan that financed Hidden Spring Park into the payment schedule. <br />The repayment of the loan will be from park dedication fees. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Fehrenbacher <br />Approving Resolution #10-035 approving the Trail Proiect Plan and loan between <br />funds. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />License Agreement for Access to the Anoka County Star System <br />City Administrator Larson reported this is an agreement with Anoka County for access to <br />their electronic document filing system. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar approving <br />license agreement for access to the Anoka County Star System. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Cooperative Purchasing Venture Agreement (Admin Minnesota Materials <br />Management Division) <br />City Administrator Larson reported this allows the City to purchase items under the State <br />contract and is a five-year renewal. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar <br />approving Cooperative Purchasing Venture Agreement (Admin Minnesota <br />Materials Management Division). All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Declaration of Covenants — Clearwater Business Park Project <br />City Administrator Larson reported this relates to the Clearwater Business Park Project <br />which relocated wetlands. This document is for recording the covenants that restrict use <br />of the land containing the wetlands. <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
