CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the November 10, 2010, City Council meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br />None. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions/corrections to the Agenda: <br />Consent Agenda, Item #1, added Page 6a, (Check # 25889-25899) <br />Consent Agenda, Item #5, appointing Matthew Mountain to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br />Old Business, Item #1, added Pages 13a — 13e, Joint Powers Agreement for Construction <br />of Regional Trail Links in the City of Centerville — County Project No. S.P.02- <br />090-01. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the allenda as amended.
