OLD BUSINESS <br />Joint Powers Agreement for Construction of Regional Trail Links in the City o <br />Centerville- County Project No. S . 02-090-01. <br />City Administrator Larson distributed a red line copy of the Joint Powers Agreement with <br />Anoka County regarding the Regional Trail Link Project. <br />City Attorney Glaser stated that the City needs to enter into this Joint Powers Agreement <br />for the project to begin. <br />City Engineer Statz stated that Anoka County is requesting funds up front to pay for local <br />and matching costs incurred. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Fehrenbacher to approve Joint Powers Agreement for Construction of Regional <br />Trail Link Project in the City of Centerville — County Project No. S. P. 02-09001. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />VIII.
