All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimouslv. <br /> 5. Plannin and Zonin Recommendations <br /> � g <br /> a. Deny Variance Request from Mr: Derek Gavin, 1540 Peltier Lake Drive. <br /> to Construct a Garage on an Existing Cement Slab that Encroaches <br /> Setbacks <br /> Councilmember Love stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission had <br /> recommended denial of this item. <br /> Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded bv Council Member <br /> Fehrenbacher adoqt the findings and recommendation for denving a variance <br /> request from Mr. Derek Gavin.1540 Peltier Lake Drive. to construct a sarage on an <br /> ea�isting cement slab that encroaches setbacks. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimouslv. <br /> b. Approve Relocation of Accessory Structure (Garage) from 7087-20�' <br /> Avenue South to 6970 LaMotte Drive <br /> City Administrator Larson stated this garage is going to be moved to Laurie LaMotte <br /> Park. The Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended approval of this item. <br /> Councilmember Love stated the vote for this item was split but did pass. He expressed <br /> concern about the location being close to the trail and hoped that no one would get hurt <br /> on the trail. <br /> Motion bv Council Member Paar, seconded bv Council Member Fehrenbacher <br /> adopt the findings and recommendation for aanroving relocation of an accessorv <br /> structure ($arage) from 7087-20 Avenue South to 6970 LaMotte Drive. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> c.
