The proposed ordinance <br /> would grant P&Z and the Council some discretion in determining that a use that is not � <br /> listed is a permitted use because it is similar to a listed use. It would not include any use <br /> that is listed as a permitted use or conditional use in another Zoning District. <br /> Motion bv Council Member Love, seconded bv Council Member Paar that Council <br /> adont Ordinance #40. After public hearing, P&Z recommends the proposed <br /> ordinance allowing hydro-seeding subject to special conditions. <br /> Mayor Capra stated if there are developers that have covenants in their subdivisions <br /> requiring sod, this amendment would not apply. <br /> Motion bv Council Member Love, seconded bv Council Member Fehrenbacher <br /> Adouting Ordinance #41, Second S ries amending Chanter 153, Section 153.44 <br /> allowing hvdro-seeding subiect to specific reauirements.
